DJ Fisher Unveils $50 Million Luxury High-Rise on Australia’s Gold Coast

Former professional surfer and international DJ Paul Fisher is stepping into the world of real estate with a high-end development on Australia’s Gold Coast. The $50 million luxury high-rise, named Pescado, will offer exclusive living spaces, with an intimate connection to Fisher’s past and lifestyle.

The project is deeply personal for Fisher, who grew up in the nearby Palm Beach area. “For me, it’s super special,” Fisher said. “I grew up in Palm Beach. Jefferson Lane was my place that I used to ride my bike up and down, and surf from 19th down to 2nd Avenue. I just love it here.”

The name Pescado, which translates to “fish” in Spanish, has a personal connection as well. “Living in Ibiza, everyone calls me Pescado, so we thought we’d bring that back to Palm Beach,” Fisher explained.

The building will house six exclusive luxury apartments, each occupying its own floor. Each unit features three bedrooms and three bathrooms, with access to amenities such as a pool, cold plunge, and gym. Fisher’s wife, Chloe, is taking the lead on interior design, blending inspiration from their travels. “We’ve been very lucky to experience some extremely beautiful hotels and Airbnb’s and resorts,” Chloe said. “So, we’ve kinda just hand-picked our favorite parts from our travels.”

The crowning feature of the development will be a two-story penthouse, reserved for Fisher and his family. “We’re gonna take the top one, because it’s our dream home. We just want six other lucky people to come join us,” Fisher said.

Prices for the apartments start at $5.25 million, with the promise of luxurious living steps away from the stunning Palm Beach coastline.
